DRCg provides Design & Fit-out services to occupiers, landlords and investors within the commercial office workplace sector.
The initial stage of any project is focused on understanding the operational requirements, vision, mission and values and establishing the design brief. Building evaluation and test fits, if required, will be undertaken. Once your preferred building has been chosen, detailed space planning will commence in line with the scheme design. A programme is established sensitive to landlord negotiations, design, approvals, construction, move management and the agenda to maintain business as usual. As the design evolves, we will ensure the initial budget and project programme is reported to you in line with the original brief.
As scheme design develops, our designers will prepare working drawing packages. This information supports and maintains strong financial and programme management whilst, maintaining the quality and integrity of site construction.
On commencement of site works, your project manager will liaise with the site manager to ensure the work is proceeding in accordance with the project brief. Clients are kept informed via regular project meetings and financial updates. Before project completion, DRCg will prepare a snagging list of any possible deficiencies and rectify these accordingly. On completion and sign off, DRCg will prepare O&M manuals to include all as built drawings.
The role of the DRCg Move Manager is to undertake the relocation process with the aim of minimising downtime to personnel and the business. DRCg will conduct discussions for each move phase with the Project Team, facilities personnel, IT/Telecoms personnel, Security and Human Resources.
